Finding the perfect dress can be stressful, considering there is usually
a budget for how much can be spent on the gown, and also finding one that you like within
that budget.
Even with the stress, looking for a wedding dress is one of the most exciting
things! It is something that that most of us have looked forward to since we were
young.
Here are some things that I learned:
- Your preferences will change!
- Make an appointment, even if the website says it's optional.
- It's okay to tell the consultant when you don't like a dress.
- It's okay to ask your consultant for some space.
- Try on a couple different styles of dresses.
- It's okay to not find "the dress" at the first store you go to.
- This is a big one: DO NOT SETTLE!
- Don't bring a big group of people with you.
- Shop around online before going into a store!
