THE GUEST LIST:
It's important to stay organized through the wedding planning process,
especially with the guest list. Most venues need to know how many people will
be attending to see how the room will be laid out, catering will cost, and overall cost.
Being Organized
For the guest list, we recommend making a spreadsheet. You will never address so many things in your life (i.e. Save the Dates, Invitations, and Thank You's.) It's easier to manage all the addresses and having them in one place so you don't have to ask a guest four times for their address!
The Guests
For the guest list, start with making a list of all the people that you and your fiancè can think of, such as family and close friends. Next, send it to your parents, where they will also add more people that you might have missed. You will revise this list many times while gathering all the addresses (which is a process in itself)
